Laughter

Come across this, and it seeks as a reminder for me.... We are all busy people.. busy with work, busy with our lives, busy thinking of ways to solve problems, busy busy just like a bee.... But if we really pause our lives for perhaps 10 minutes to think... what are we really busy with? perhaps, sometimes, the busyness in our lives seeks as an excuse only... Similarly, there are many many problems in our lives.... worries over worries just flood in... sometimes these worries became too overwhelmed that we could hardly handle... but if we really pause for perhaps a minutes... and instead of worrying but to laugh aloud at the problem... things might be better?...

In Psalm 126:1-3, it says "their mouths were filled with laughter and their tongues with joy because of what the Lord had done for them". So basically, they were filled with joy. Many times, we seen people experience a tremendous release of joy as they're restored to their rightful place, having healing from the Lord. Tears can be such a great way of expressing the freedom that healing brings after a season of sadness. I thank God for laughter.

When we're getting weighted down with issues around us or our own particular circumstances, a dose of laughter would do us good. Jesus said 'Blessed are you who weep now for you will laugh (Luke 6:21). Truly, I believe God listens for laughter to replace our sadness.
